The social action committee at TRT works toward Tikkun Olam to repair the world. We seek volunteers from the temple to help in our mission. Our projects include:
- Mitzvah Day-Blood Drive and Entertainment at local Assisted Living Facility
- Clothing Drives
- Holiday Toy Drive
- Food Drives
- Support of troops
- Weekly Volunteer at soup kitchen
- Collections for the Ronald McDonald House
- Partnership with local baptist church
- Special programs throughout the year addressing social action education
